Shipping Policy

  1. Standard Online Delivery:

    • Free Delivery.
    • Delivered to your front door or garage.
    • Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days, depending on your location. 
    • Tracking information available.
    • No other delivery options apply for Online Orders.
  2.  Premium In store Delivery:
      • $69.00 for Delivery and drop off at Front door or garage.  
        • Mattress and Box Spring.
        • Additional $20 for 2nd floor stairs.
        • 3rd Floor must have service elevator.
        • Additional $40 between 20 miles to 40 mile radius.
        • Over 40 miles additional charges will apply based on location.
      • $89.00 for Delivery and setup of Mattress & Box Spring 
        • Additional $20 for 2nd floor stairs.
        • 3rd Floor must have service elevator.
        • Additional $40 between 20 miles to 40 mile radius.
        • Over 40 miles additional charges will apply based on location.
        • Includes setup of bedframe and removal of old mattress
      • Delivery within a 3-hour window, with tracking available up to 30 minutes before arrival.

       3. Deluxe White Glove Delivery:

    • Mattress with an Adjustable Base Delivery
    • $125 for a Queen Setup
    • $145 for a King Setup
    • Includes full installation and assembly of adjustable bases, mattress and bed frame assembly, and removal of your old mattress.
    • Comprehensive service ensuring your product is set up correctly.
    • $20 Additional Charge will apply for 2nd Floor with stairs delivery.
    • 3rd Floor must have Service Elevator.
    • $40 Additional Charge will apply for 20-40 mile radius
    • Additional charges over 40 miles will apply based on location

       4. Out of State / National Delivery:

    • Sealy & Stearns and Foster ONLY
    • $300.00 fee.
    • Only White Glove delivery is available.
    • Delivery time is typically 4-6 weeks, with full shipment visibility and professional handling of heavy-weight goods.

Delivery In Store Details:

  • Scheduling: You can schedule your delivery at checkout. We offer flexible delivery windows, including same-day and next-day options where available.
  • Tracking is available upon request.
  • Customer Service: For any issues or changes in your delivery schedule, contact our customer service team for assistance.

Special Considerations:

  • Weather and Delays: Please note that weather events and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery. We will communicate any changes promptly.
  • Restricted Items: Adjustable bases, special orders, and certain accessories (like sheets and pillows) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Additional Services:

  • Mattress Removal: As part of our Premium and Deluxe White Glove services, we offer removal of your old mattress.
  • Set-Up Assistance: Our delivery team is trained to set up your new mattress and any associated bed frames or adjustable bases.
