Return and Exchange Fees

• Return Fee: If you decide to return your mattress, a return fee of $99.99 will apply. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Exchange Fee: If you opt for an exchange, a restocking fee of 10% of the original mattress price will apply. This fee is capped at a maximum of $250.

Condition of Returned Items

• Clean and Undamaged: We cannot accept returns or exchanges of soiled, stained, or damaged mattresses. The mattress must be in good condition.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, and clearance items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clearance Items

• As-Is and Non-Returnable: All clearance items are sold "as-is" and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refund Process

• Processing Time: Refunds for credit or debit card purchases will be processed within 7-10 business days. If you paid with cash or check, a refund check will be mailed to you within 2-4 weeks.
• Financed Purchases: Refunds for financed purchases may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your account.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via phone, email, or chat.
2. Arrange Pickup: We will help you schedule a pickup for the return or exchange of your mattress. Additional delivery fees will apply.
3. Store Returns: Purchases made online can be returned to physical stores coordinated with our customer service.  
4. Out of State:  If you need to make a return and are out of state please contact customer service for details.
